Registration for Rooted with Presence: Self-Care and Mindfulness Group for Teachers
Return to the classroom with greater ease, clarity, and care. This 4-week mindfulness series is thoughtfully designed to support educators as they navigate the transition back to school. Rooted in evidence-based practices and shaped by the realities of teaching, this program offers gentle, sustainable tools to nurture your wellbeing throughout the academic year.
Each 45-minute session provides space to pause, reconnect, and explore accessible mindfulness techniques that can be woven into your daily routine—even during the school day. You’ll be guided through practices to ease stress, create healthy boundaries, and care for yourself in ways that feel practical and meaningful.
In this series, you’ll receive:
• Simple, evidence-based strategies to calm your nervous system in challenging moments
• Skills for setting boundaries that honor your time and energy
• Mindfulness tools that can be used throughout your school day
• Space to reflect and create a self-care plan aligned with the rhythms of the school year
• Connection and shared support from a community of fellow educators
Join us in cultivating a more grounded and sustainable path through teaching. When you care for yourself, you create the conditions for deeper connection, creativity, and presence—for you and your students alike.
