Kendall Kolenik, LMSW (she/her)
Psychotherapist
I help individuals in recovery from addiction, codependency, and the lasting effects of growing up in challenging family environments. I also support teens and adults healing from attachment wounds and exploring patterns that impact their relationships and daily lives. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves through curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness.
I work from a trauma-informed framework and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. As a yoga teacher, I integrate a mind-body lens into therapy, using body-based practices to support nervous system regulation and deeper self-connection.
I believe healing is both deeply personal and shaped by the world around us. My work is rooted in a social justice framework, and I strive to create a supportive, culturally responsive space where growth and transformation can unfold.
I’m available to meet with clients virtually for online video sessions.
