Somatic Practices & Collective Care for Stressful Times: A Virtual Wellness Workshop

This virtual, cost-free workshop facilitated by Hannah Sherman, LCSW and Kendall Kolenik, LMSW is offering space to pause, breathe, and reconnect during uncertain and stressful times. Together, we’ll explore how stress lives in the body, how it affects our emotional and nervous system balance, and how we can support ourselves and one another through care and connection.

The workshop blends gentle mindfulness, body-based awareness, and shared reflection to help cultivate steadiness, resilience, and hope. We’ll focus not only on individual well-being, but on the power of collective care: how being in supportive community can help us feel more grounded, less alone, and better able to meet what’s ahead.
