I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults with a strong emphasis on an integrative approach towards wellbeing, fostering healing and growth through both the mind and body. I work to empower individuals and families to identify and utilize their inherent strengths to navigate obstacles and interpersonal challenges.
I believe that a trusting and engaged relationship between the therapist and client provides a safe space for exploration and change. I am genuine and warm, incorporating talking, humor and mind-body techniques to support others through the challenges they’re navigating. I work through a collaborative and creative process that integrates various therapeutic modalities, including elements of psychodynamic, mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and somatic-based approaches. By using a compassionate, client-centered approach, I support others in developing an authentic and welcoming sense of self.
I’m a therapist at Cobb Psychotherapy, where I meet with client’s at our office space in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I also provide therapy via online video sessions.
